Many recent high-profile challenges have had a global impact on the food supply and prompted new or different approaches to ensuring safe food. TAG’s President and CEO, Dr. David Acheson, will discuss some of the recent trends and changes in food safety over the last year and where this is heading in the future. He will specifically discuss some of the recent high-profile events that have had an impact on US food regulatory structure.
