Alyssa Pancoast is an Intern in Food Safety for The Acheson Group (TAG). Prior to joining TAG, Alyssa worked in Lindenwood University’s Biology Lab as an Administrative Assistant for two years. In this position she worked to prepare upper-level biology laboratories, create agar plates, inoculate cultures and plates, interpret results of bacteria, and practice aseptic technique.

Currently Alyssa is finishing up her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Lindenwood University.
