TAG’s Latin America subject matter experts, Dr. Rolando González and Dr. Anabelle Broadbent, recently joined over 400 food safety industry professionals, academia and government representatives at GFSI’s Focus Day event in Mexico City. Latin America is a fast-growing market for TAG’s team of food safety experts, helping companies update practices and procedures to meet FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act and Canada’s Safe Food for Canadians Act regulations. TAG also has been providing clients guidance in managing recalls and other crises, meeting import regulations, aligning with best-in-class practices and industry-adopted standards (e.g., GFSI), and embracing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk.
